1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AsyncForge's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

AsyncForge provides subscription-based software development services. Subscribers can submit development requests through our project dashboard, and our team will complete them according to the terms of their chosen plan.

3. Subscription Plans

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • All prices are listed excluding VAT
  • You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Intellectual Property

All code and deliverables created by AsyncForge for your projects become your property upon full payment. We retain no rights to the work we deliver to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Develop software that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Submit requests that involve reverse engineering or cloning existing products
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

6. Limitation of Liability

AsyncForge's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Revisions and Satisfaction

We offer unlimited revisions on all delivered work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a deliverable, we will revise it until it meets your requirements.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, we will deliver any work in progress and your access to the dashboard will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
