Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. We send an invoice at the start of the trial and work on your project the whole time. Pay within 7 days to continue, or walk away with no further obligations.
How does billing work?
Billing is in advance at the start of each period. If you subscribe on the 15th, your period runs until the 15th of the next month.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Pause takes effect at the end of your current billing period. When you resume you pay that day and a new period starts. Pausing puts you at the back of the queue, so if we are at capacity you will be on the waitlist until a slot opens.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds, no long-term contracts.
What counts as one request?
A single, well-defined task — like building a feature, fixing a bug, or creating an API endpoint. Complex features may be broken into multiple requests for clarity and faster delivery.
What if I am not satisfied with the work?
We revise until you are satisfied. Your subscription covers unlimited revisions on any delivered task.
Do you sign NDAs and who owns the code?
Yes, we sign NDAs — just send yours over. All code, designs, and deliverables are fully owned by you from the moment they are delivered. AsyncForge retains no rights.
What technologies do you work with?
Modern web development: React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, and more. Senior engineers only. If a task falls outside our core expertise we are transparent about it and may bring in a trusted senior from our network — or decline honestly.
What if you are at full capacity?
We intentionally cap active projects so every client gets our full attention. New clients go on a waitlist when we are full and we notify you as soon as a slot opens.
