How AsyncForge Works

From intro call to shipped code in five steps. Async-first, senior engineers only, 7-day free trial on every plan. AsyncForge is invite-only.

How AsyncForge works - from task submission to delivered code using a Kanban board
01

Book an intro call with Stef

AsyncForge is invite-only — every partnership starts with a free 15-minute intro call to make sure we are a fit. Starting from zero? We will plan repo setup, dev environment, and staging. Already have a codebase? We will plan how to plug in.

Free 15-minute intro call via our booking link
Choose Light, Standard, or Pro afterwards
Optional onboarding call, recorded for reference
Invite your team members (unlimited)
02

7-day free trial

Every plan starts with a free trial. We send an invoice at the start of the 7 days and work on your project the whole time. Pay the invoice within 7 days to continue; if not, we wrap up and part ways with no further obligations.

One full week of real work
Invoice issued at the start of the trial
Pay within 7 days to continue seamlessly
No hard feelings if it is not a fit
03

Submit tasks — describe what, not how

Add tasks to your Kanban dashboard. A clear goal and a bit of context is enough — writing technical specs is our job. We work on one task per client at a time and pick up the next the moment one is done.

Unlimited requests — queue as many as you want
One active task at a time, in priority order
Comment directly on tasks for clarifications
Meetings are optional, never required
04

We build on a feature branch

Every task gets its own Git feature branch off main. We ship vetted senior-engineer work — no juniors, no offshore outsourcing — and keep your codebase clean with a clear history of what was built and when.

Senior engineers only
Track progress live on your Kanban board
Updates via task comments
We save our work directly to your codebase as we go (stricter setups agreed during onboarding)
05

We ship, you sign off

For anything you would reasonably want to test, we deploy to your staging environment and wait for your sign-off in the dashboard before pushing to production. For small, low-risk changes we may deploy straight away — and if you prefer to approve every deploy, we always wait. Unlimited revisions either way.

Staging deploys for work you want to review
Optional "always wait for my approval" mode
Unlimited revisions until you are satisfied
Pause or cancel at the end of any billing period

We work with a small number of founders at a time. New clients come on after a 15-minute intro call with Stef — request one below.
