Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you can pause or cancel at the end of any billing period.
What counts as one request?
One clear task, like a feature, a bug fix, or a new integration. Bigger features get split into a few requests so you see steady progress.
Do I have to be on calls?
No. Day to day runs through your board. Calls are optional, book one only when you want one.
